Our Favorite Products to Bring the “Cowboy” to Cowboy Chic
We had some FUN designing this one! Situated in Wine Country with a rustic flair we really wanted to design the space with a Cowboy Chic interior. Keeping the decor tasteful with hints of the Country incorporating leather, wood, darker natural fabrics and black accents. Take a look at some of our favorite pieces we used to make this space Cowboy Chic.

Western Living Room Accents
In the Living Room we incorporated some darker hues in the fireplace, linens and rug to keep the space grounded. Utilizing natural materials like the rattan in the barstools, wood accents in the coffee table, fireplace mantle and bookshelf and linen pillows brought an organic, rustic feeling to the space. By accenting with a few cowboy-esque pieces, this living room is a cozy and comfortable area to relax.
Some of our favorite pieces in the space include:
- Horseshoes
- Cowhide Coasters
- Linen Pillow Covers (Brown & Dark Green)
- Highland Cow Art (& frame)
- Leather Strap Mirror
- Leather Accent Chairs
A Country Primary bedroom
Our goal for the Primary Suite was to create a relaxing, luxurious space where one could feel at ease resting their head at night. We used a lot of organic textures to keep the room cozy including a Jute Rug, Linen Duvet Cover, Rattan Pendant Lights and Wooden Nightstands. We opted to paint the paneling we installed a calming, earthy green (we used Sherwin Williams Shade Grown – SW 6188). Once we had the main pieces in (which would fit for any style of room) it was time to accessorize with a few select pieces to give nod to the Country vibes.
Some of our favorites include:
- Bull Horns
- Rattan Pendant Lights
- Cowhide Wingback Chair
- Linen Duvet & Tan Blanket
- Leather Poufs
- Jute Rug
A Cowboy Chic Guest Bedroom
The Guest Bedroom doubles as an extra space for lounging with the wooden daybed also serving a a very comfortable “couch.” We again utilized a natural jute-like rug to keep the earthy feel of the Country. We accented with Cowboy Hats, a rustic coat rack and even a wooden steer head.
Take a look at some of our favorite pieces bringing the subtle Cowboy aesthetic:
- Dark Green Linen Pillow Covers
- Western Pillow Covers
- Wooden Steer Head
- Hanging Cowboy Hats
- Grapevine Stem
- Artwork
- Baskets
There are many ways to incorporate a Western aesthetic into a space. Our best advice, utilize organic, natural elements in your larger, more expensive pieces and build out the more rustic niche elements from there. This way, should you decide to change aesthetics, you only need to replace minor accent pieces instead of full furniture.
